Speak at the Wide for the Win Summit

Wide for the Win Summit 2026

Teach one session. Reach a few thousand authors going wide.

Three stages, two days, thirty sessions — and we’re looking for the people who can teach them with real specifics.

October 9–10, 2026  ·  Online

The Wide for the Win Summit is for authors who’ve decided Amazon exclusivity isn’t the whole plan — and for the ones already wide who’ve stalled out and can’t work out why.

Day 1 is free and open to everyone: the case for wide, the money math, and what actually changes. Day 2 is the paid implementation day for people who’ve committed and want the mechanics. Three stages run in parallel across both days, so attendees choose their room and follow it.

The sessions are already mapped. What we’re missing is the person to lead each one. Rather than recruit thirty people privately, we’ve opened the slate — you can see every unclaimed session below and apply for the one or two you could teach properly.

What’s actually asked of you

  • One recording, 30 to 45 minutes. You record it on your own schedule with whatever you already use — Zoom is genuinely fine — and send us the file.
  • Your recording by Friday, September 18. That’s the one date that matters.
  • Three specific things worth teaching. Real numbers, real retailer settings, real results from your own experience. This audience has had enough general publishing advice.

You don’t present live, and you don’t need to show up. Chelle or Bradley introduces your session live, your talk plays, and we work the chat alongside attendees.

Nothing is in your calendar for the day itself. You have a full ticket to both days and you’re very welcome to come and watch — but nothing depends on it.

Pre-recording exists to protect you. Nothing drops mid-session, and a screen share that misbehaves is a re-record rather than a disaster.

Sessions teach. Booths sell.

Every session is educational. That’s the promise we make to attendees, and it’s the reason they give you forty minutes of their attention.

So we ask you not to pitch from the stage. Referencing your own work where it’s genuinely relevant is completely fine — what we’re asking you to skip is the sales segment at the end.

You get a booth, and we promote your offer to the audience for you. That’s where the buying happens, and it converts better than a plug inside a talk ever does, because people arrive at it already convinced by what you taught.

If being in front of this audience is the main thing you’re after — particularly on Day 1, where the room is biggest — tell us. We have sponsorship packages built for exactly that. Email [email protected] and we’ll send them over.

What you get

A booth for the run of the summit, worth $495, and a full ticket to both days, worth $149. The booth is where your offer sits, and we promote it to the audience on your behalf.

Speakers earn 50% on every ticket sold through their affiliate link, against 20% for other affiliates, with no cap on what you can earn. You are enrolled automatically and the link is on your dashboard. There is no obligation to promote it; plenty of speakers do not.

You also get a speaker page for your bio, links, resources and offer, and a place on the perks page where every speaker’s freebie lives.

The dates that matter

October 9–10

How we choose

We match applications to specific sessions rather than filling slots in order, which is why it takes a little time and why we ask which sessions you want rather than asking you to pitch a topic.

The thing that decides it is whether you can teach that particular session with specifics only you have. If you made $312 on a strategy, that’s worth more than any framework. Pick the sessions where you have that, not the ones that sound closest to your usual talk.

You can choose up to two. Sessions disappear from the list once they’re filled, so what you see below is what’s genuinely open right now.

The speaker agreement

Short, and in plain language. Ticking the box on the form is how you accept it.

Speaker agreement · version 1.0 · 24 August 2026

Your recording belongs to us.
Once you send your session in, Wide for the Win owns that recording. We edit it, caption it, transcribe it, translate it where that helps, and use it to run and promote the summit both now and afterwards.
We ask that the same session does not appear elsewhere.
Teach the topic wherever you like and as often as you like. What we are asking is that an identical copy of this particular recording is not published somewhere else. There is no restriction on material you have taught before and no waiting period.
The work is yours to give.
You made the presentation and you hold the rights to everything in it. If any part of it is licensed from someone else, tell us in writing and send us the license.
Your session teaches rather than sells.
This is the same commitment as the checkbox on the form. No pitch from the stage, and your offer lives at your booth instead.
We use your name and likeness to promote your session.
That covers your name, voice, image and biography, on the summit site and in the promotion around it.
Your transcript feeds our AI index, and nothing else.
Every session is transcribed so that ticket holders can search the material and ask questions of it. That index is private to the summit and it belongs to us. Your transcript is not used to train AI models, and we do not sell it or pass it to anyone else for that purpose.
What you receive.
A booth for the run of the summit worth $495, a full ticket to both days worth $149, a speaker page, a place on the perks page, and an affiliate link paying 50% with no cap.
If you need to withdraw.
Tell us as early as you can so the session can be filled.
If someone challenges the material.
We will ask you to help us respond, and to show your rights to the work.
