This hit home. My my ‘good’ exercise/movement days I have low word counts. On my high wordcount days my movement is almost non-existent. Balance is hard to find!

I’m exactly the same! This week I’m trying to set hourly alarms to get up and do something to see if that works better…watch this space for an update!
